Malaysia Airlines takes Visit Malaysia 2020 logo to the skies

KLIA, 22 July 2019: Hours after its unveiling, Malaysia Airlines was the first airline to take the Visit Malaysia 2020 logo to the skies via flight MH386 that departed KL International Airport to Shanghai operated by its A330-200 aircraft.

Earlier in the day, Malaysia Airlines and its sister airline, Firefly participated in the launch event held at Kompleks Bunga Raya which was graced by YAB Tun Mahathir Mohamad.

Both airlines exchanged a memorandum of joint promotion with Tourism Malaysia in support of Visit Malaysia 2020.

In conjunction with the launch of Visit Malaysia 2020, Malaysia Airlines launched its Travelicious deals yesterday, offering attractive fares to popular destinations Langkawi, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu from Kuala Lumpur.

This is part of the airline’s commitment to make VMY2020 a national mission by promoting the country’s wonders and beauty.
