1. A minimum stay of 5 days for fully vaccinated with booster shot guests, 7 days for fully vaccinated guests and 10 days for unvaccinated or partially vaccinated guests are required for any quarantine room package (subject to change according to the policy by the Malaysian Government).
2. A selection of car types are available for airport to hotel transfer, with charges varying starting from MYR 265 nett. A 50% surcharge is applicable for transfers between 12am to 6am.
3. Effective 1 July 2021, all food, beverage and ancillary services are subject to a 6% sales and service tax (SST), excluding hotel accommodations.
4. Only spouse, family members and guests from the same destination and flight are allowed to share a vehicle (number of passengers will be limited according to the SOPs by the Ministry of Health Malaysia as it changes accordingly).
5. The rate for all rooms are quoted based on a single occupancy. Any additional persons will be charged MYR 200 nett per night.
6. Rooms are subject to availability by Sunway Clio Hotel.
7. Maximum occupancy for each room is 2 adults with 1 child or 1 adult with 2 children, with bedding configuration.
8. Full payment is required upon booking confirmation.
9. Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours prior to check-in. Cancellation within 72 hours is chargeable at price for one night and one way transfer.
10. This package is valid for bookings made from now until further notice by the hotel.

7. Meal arrangements for breakfast, lunch and dinner will be advised according to time arrangements by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Meals will be delivered to rooms and placed outside to minimise contact.
8. Daily announcements will be made on any information necessary including guests' Do's and Don’ts during stay. All guests are required to follow accordingly.
9. Should there be additional need of amenities or meals based on a specific dietary plan, guests are requested to inform the hotel staff.
10. Room rate is based on single occupancy, an additional fee of RM100 nett will be chargeable to an extra person 6 years old and above.
11. Additional RM 250 nett for the second PCR test will be collected in advance.
12. The schedule for swab tests is to be advised by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Costs will be borne by guests.
13. A 100% cancellation fee is applicable after booking is made.
