Hotel's Terms & Conditions

1. A minimum stay of 5 days for fully vaccinated with booster shot guests, 7 days for fully vaccinated guests and 10 days for unvaccinated or partially vaccinated guests are required for any quarantine room package (subject to change according to the policy by the Malaysian Government). 

2. Transport is available between 10pm to 6am, with a surcharge of MYR 50 nett collected from guests.

3. Additional van service is available at MYR 200 each way.

4. Effective 1 July 2021, all food, beverage and ancillary services are subject to a 6% sales and service tax (SST), excluding hotel accommodations.

5. All completed bookings are deemed non-refundable but amendable with supporting documents. In the event of flight cancellation and no rescheduling of flight is made, the hotel will require supporting documents for refund application.

6. Accompanying children (below 12 years old) stay for free on sharing basis. Children aged 6 years old and above are subject to additional MYR 75 nett per person, per day for meals.

7. Special requests like bedding types, room view and location are subject to availability.

8. Connecting Standard Rooms can accommodate up to 4 persons (2 persons in each room) with an additional MYR 90 nett per person, per day.

9. The schedule for swab tests is to be advised by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Costs will be borne by guests.

10. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours prior to check-in. 

Quarantine Package Booking Procedures

1. Fill and submit the booking form accordingly.

2. Our friendly call agents will contact guests via call or email within the next 1–2 working day(s).

3. If a flight booking is required, kindly indicate in the call or email.

4. Bookings will be made on first come, first served basis. If the preferred hotel room inventories are sold out, our call agent will propose the next available options.

5. Guests are requested to prepare a softcopy of passport for booking purposes.

6. Kindly complete the booking payment within 24 hours. 

7. A booking itinerary will be sent to guests via email.

Important Notice (FOR NON-MALAYSIAN ONLY)

1. Effective 24 Sept 2020, all non-Malaysians entering the country will be required to pay MYR 2,600 upon arrival at KLIA for operational costs levied by agencies of the Malaysian Government.

3. An additional MYR 100 nett per person will be charged for the transport service required.

5. All guests will check-in and check-out at the designated areas. (Kindly note that it is unlike normal check-in counters.)

6. Room and laundry service by the hotel will not be provided during the period of stay, as the hotel acts as a quarantine centre for guests' during their quarantine period.

7. Meal arrangements for breakfast, lunch and dinner will be advised according to time arrangements by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Meals will be delivered to rooms and placed outside to minimise contact. 

8. Daily announcements will be made on any information necessary including guests' Do's and Don’ts during stay. All guests are required to  follow accordingly.

9. Should there be additional need of amenities or meals based on a specific dietary plan, guests are requested to inform the hotel staff.  

10. Room rate is based on single occupancy, an additional fee of RM100 nett will be chargeable to an extra person 6 years old and above.

11. Additional RM 250 nett for the second PCR test will be collected in advance.

12. The schedule for swab tests is to be advised by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Costs will be borne by guests.

13. A 100% cancellation fee is applicable after booking is made.

2. A one-way limo transfer from airport to hotel can be arranged at MYR 250 nett, for up to 2 persons with luggage. A 50% surcharge is applicable for transfers between 12am to 6am.

3. Effective 1 July 2021, all food, beverage and ancillary services are subject to a 6% sales and service tax (SST), excluding hotel accommodations.

4. The rate for all rooms are quoted based on a single occupancy.

5. Any additional persons will be charged MYR 80 per person, per day based on existing bedding. Charges are applicable for children above 6 years old.

6. Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to check-in.

7. Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellation of booking within 48 hours is chargeable at package price for one night. 

8. This package is valid for bookings made from now until further notice.

3. All rates are inclusive of service charge and prevailing government taxes.

4. Effective 1 July 2021, all food, beverage and ancillary services are subject to a 6% sales and service tax (SST), excluding hotel accommodations.

5. All rates are not inclusive of tourism tax stipulated by the Malaysian Government. Effective 1 Sept 2017, a MYR 10 nett flat rate per night, per room will be imposed on all foreign guests. The tax will be reflected in the room bill upon check-out.

6. The rate for all rooms are quoted based on a single occupancy. Any additional persons will be charged MYR 180 nett per person, per day.

7. A full refund is allowed on booking cancellation. No-show or cancellation of booking within 24 hours prior to arrival is chargeable at full package price for 1 night.

8. Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to check-in.

9. This package is valid for bookings made now until 30 June 2022.
