Enrich Collaborates with Serai Group to Reward Members 

Kuala Lumpur, 18 April 2019: Malaysia Airlines’ frequent flyer programme, Enrich, announced its partnership with Serai Group, the leading home-grown F&B brand, to offer exciting rewards to all its members. Enrich and the Serai Group commemorated this partnership with an event today, at Serai in Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur. 

The event was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, as well as top-tier Enrich members. 

Through this partnership, Enrich members will now be able to earn and redeem Enrich Miles when they dine at all Serai restaurants in Malaysia. Members can also enjoy these perks at all other Serai Group outlets including Jibby & Co, Jibby East and Jibby Chow.  

Speaking at the event, Malaysia Airlines Group Chief Customer Experience and Marketing Officer, Lau Yin May said, “Serai is the perfect partner for Enrich as both brands represent the best of Malaysia. Good food brings people together, so this partnership is a great way to reward and create a memorable dining experience for our members. To celebrate our partnership, members will be able to earn double the miles when they dine in at any Serai Group outlets from 19 April until 31 May 2019. They will also be able to take part in our contest which will be running the same time.”  

Managing Director of Serai Group, Najib Hamid added, “We are honoured to be the first F&B group to allow Enrich members to earn-and-redeem miles under the Enrich programme. Our vision is to expand Serai Group internationally, and we look forward to serving Enrich members and loyal customers from around the globe authentic Malaysian cuisine across the shores as well as earn points to travel with Malaysia Airlines." 

From 19 April until 31 May 2019, Enrich and Serai Group will be treating members to a complimentary dining at the Serai Group restaurants of their choice worth RM1,000 when they take part in the ‘Party of 10’ contest. Enrich members will need to dine in at any participating Serai Group restaurants and just spend a minimum of RM50 to be eligible for this contest.  A total of 6 weekly winners will be selected throughout the contest period.
